Overview

Learning Without  Borders is designed to help students identify their individual strengths in organizational skills, practical life skills, learning strategies, social-emotional learning, peer interaction, and academic excellence. The program focuses on a weekly theme and social-emotional construct. Lessons are taught from a multi-sensory approach utilizing direct instruction, cooperative learning, and independent skill development. All lessons and materials will be differentiated and modified to accommodate the students' individual instructional levels, academic needs (reading, written language, math), and social skills needs.
